Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

Opens:

- Bob: We need to work on a presentation for the summit.
  - Also I can't meet next week.

ARs:

- Mike draft IQ presentation for DesignCon summit
  - Done

- Mike recover percent format specifications in spreadsheet.
  - No new progress, but almost done.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - A spreadsheet was sent today.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Summit presentation:

- Mike showed a draft IBIS Quality presentation for the upcoming IBIS summit.
- Mike and Bob will be listed as authors.
- We edited the presentation.
- Additional changes will be made by Mike.

AR: Mike send updated IBIS Quality summit presentation to Bob

IBISCHK W1503 & E1503:

- Bob: This is the warning that V-T endpoints are inconsistent with I-V load calculations.
  - David Banas might want to make the error a warning, since the IBIS specification does not set a limit.
  - I would oppose that.
- Mike: A BIRD might be needed to make 6% difference illegal.
- Bob: That would validate the ibischk error.
